By enrolling in iCodeZ programs or accessing our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not enroll or use our services.

2. Services Description

iCodeZ provides online and in-person educational programs focused on coding, design, and AI skills for students ages 6 and above. Services include instruction, course materials, projects, assessments, and certificate programs.

3. User Accounts

• Registration: Accurate and complete information must be provided during enrollment.
• Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login information.
• Unauthorized Use: You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• Account Termination: We may terminate accounts that violate our terms or policies.

4. Payment and Billing

• Registration Fee: A one-time $99 registration fee is required and is non-refundable.
• Monthly Fees: Program tuition is billed monthly at the stated rate.
• Billing: You authorize us to charge your payment method on file.
• Refunds: Refunds are available within 7 days of enrollment for unused services.
• Late Payments: Accounts with overdue payments may be suspended.

5. Attendance and Cancellation

• Attendance: Regular attendance is required for successful program completion.
• Cancellation Policy: A 30-day notice is required to cancel enrollment.
• Absence: Extended absences (more than 3 classes) may result in academic review.
• Makeup Classes: Limited makeup classes are available for excused absences.

6. Intellectual Property

• Course Materials: All course materials, lessons, and content are proprietary and for educational use only.
• Student Work: Students retain rights to their original projects and assignments.
• Portfolio Showcase: Students may grant permission to display work in our portfolio showcase.

7. Prohibited Conduct

Users must not:
