2. Staff Conduct and Training

4. Reporting and Procedures
If any staff member suspects child abuse or exploitation:
- • Immediate reporting to the Director is mandatory
- • Appropriate authorities and parents are notified
- • Full documentation of incidents is maintained
- • Confidentiality is respected while ensuring child safety
- • No retaliation against reporters is tolerated
